Topic: problems with this plugin for me, need help

Message: well crap... In that case, I am sincerely sorry to have bothered you with this. Just so you know why I thought it was your plugin; when I activated it is when the menu changed. Either there was another feature that bugged out during that activation, or it's possible one other thing happened that would be too lengthy to explain for no reason if it turns out not to be the case.If by some change I find the problems I'm having are a result of another plugin that doesn't play nice with yours, I'll be happy to let you know about it if your interested and I can be sure of what it is.Thank you SO much for responding today, at least I know the next steps to take in trying to undo what is going on.peacestan

Topic: problems with this plugin for me, need help

Message: hello Matt, I emailed you through contact info somewhere else on your sites a few days ago and haven't received any response. Just tonight I discovered a link to your forums here for support. I'm running wordpress mu ver. 2.8.4 and installed your Ajax Plugin Helper. It changed my sidebar menu to the super small icons like it's supposse to (I'm middled aged and vision isn't TOO bad, just wear glasses and those suckers are tough to see well). Anyhow, the sidebar menu works fine and I could probably get use to that, but the plugin doesn't work for activating and deactivating plugins. The animated circle pops up right away as though my command is processing, but it'll just hang on that for as long as I let it and won't actually process the command to activate/deactivate. So, I uninstall your plugin, but my sidebar menu does NOT return to normal. I tried deleting your Ajax Plugin Helper and still the sidebar menu stays changed the way your plugin changes it. It's not the end of the world except for my preference to have the default sidebar menu so I can see it easily and manuver quicker. My background is network engineering, so please know I'm just a hack at coding if there is anything complicated needing done; would need step by step, well, at least very clear instructions on how to fix this. Oh yeah, java is working and updated to latest release. Have tried using your plugin on Chrome, IE, and Firefox and it's the same results on each. Please, I so hope you can PLEASE help me get this fixed!Kind Regards,Stan
